Shipping:
I ship photographs using ‘Royal Cambodian Post Office’ Airmail Service. Their shipping costs are calculated by the gram (not by 0.5kg or 1kg payment blocks), so this is the cheapest option when shipping from Cambodia. They offer a very reliable service with transit times varying from 1–3 weeks, depending on the destination.
Listed below are the estimated shipping costs for both the smallest print (20x25cm) and the largest print (50x70cm) available on this site. This allows you to see how the prices range, so you can estimate the shipping costs that apply for your desired image dimensions. Also the estimated transit times are listed.
For more exact quotes please contact me with the country of destination and the desired photograph dimensions and quantities. Once an enquiry has been submitted, I will reply via email with the exact prices and times. Only then does a potential customer have to decide whether they want to continue with their purchase or not.

As I am based in Cambodia, shipping charges are very expensive. To offset the extra shipping prices, I have lowered the price of the prints in an attempt to balance the final costs.
These shipping prices are for one package. However, if you order multiple prints, they can be sent together in the same delivery. The shipping price will therefore be roughly the same. For example shipping one print would cost roughly the same as shipping four prints. By ordering more than one at a time, you can soften the blow of the expensive shipping costs.
If you need a print quickly, other shipping options are available which offer faster transit times. In total there are 6 companies which ship from Cambodia. If you would prefer to use one of these companies instead, please contact me and I will happily arrange it for you. For a full comparison of all shipping possibilities, please click here.

Packaging:
My personal preference is to ship photographs rolled in PVC tubing. This method is extremely sturdy and it is very unlikely that a print will sustain any damage. However, some art-lovers don’t like the concept of rolling prints. On request I can therefore ship prints up to 20x30cm (A4) flat. Unfortunately flat shipping any prints larger than this is not possible.
Flat Prints:
The print is placed in an acid free poly bag, before being sandwiched between layers of protective plastic foam sheeting. To ensure that the print will not move inside the envelope during shipping, all four corners of the plastic sheeting are then carefully taped down to a solid cardboard sheet. A second solid piece of cardboard is then placed on top so that the inner corrugated folds of the cardboard run perpendicularly to each other. This ensures that the package is unbendable. Industrial strength duct tape is then used to seal the package on all four sides. Finally, ‘Do Not Bend’ labels are placed on the outside of the package.
Rolled Prints:
The print is first placed in an acid free poly bag, before being sandwiched between layers of protective plastic foam sheeting. Next the print is carefully rolled and placed inside solid, industrial-strength, PVC piping of large diameter (3 inches). Both ends of the tube are then stuffed with foam cuttings to ensure the print cannot move during shipping. The two ends are then capped and taped shut for good measure.

As you have probably surmised, I go to great lengths to package prints carefully so that they are not damaged during shipping. I am fully aware that many people are a bit apprehensive about shipping expensive prints. By explaining my packaging techniques in such detail, I hope to allay any fears you might have and to encourage more people to shop online. In the unlikely case that your photograph has sustained damage during shipping, simply contact me within 5 working days of delivery and I will replace the damaged print at no additional charge.

To allay any fears you might have and to encourage more people to shop online, Conor Wall Photography offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all purchases.
If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please notify me immediately and then return the photograph within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Prints must be returned in their original condition and inside their original packaging.

Notes:
Complaints regarding prints with fingerprints or scratches or kinks (small creases) will be ignored. They will not be refunded or replaced. I take the utmost care to ensure that when prints are placed inside their packaging they are in pristine condition. Therefore, any damage of this sort can only be inflicted as a result of poor or careless handling on the part of the buyer. Guidelines for handling prints have been detailed on the Handling and Displaying Photographs page.
