Welcome to Conor Wall’s Photography and Story Portfolio.  This website provides rights managed stock photographs and high quality prints from Cambodia.

Cambodia’s history is long and detailed.  From great kings, mighty empires and wondrous temples, to colonisation, secret bombing campaigns, civil wars and mass genocide.  The present day Cambodia is a mixture of poverty, corruption and development.  And amongst this backdrop are the eyes, wrinkles, smiles and habits of its beautiful people.  It is these Khmer people that I find absolutely fascinating and, through this site, I hope to accurately represent them.  I hope to show the world their joy, their pain and their everyday trials and tribulations. 

I thank them kindly for their participation and their compassion, love and generosity.  I wonder when they will lift their spell on me and allow me return home to my own beautiful country.  Until that day comes, as long as they keep smiling I will keep photographing.
